If you decide you want to return your earrings, or want to exchange your beautiful earrings for something even better, just contact us to setup a return within 30 days of purchase. We provide a full refund and free return shipping option with no restocking fees subject to these simple terms.
All you have to do is send us an email to let us know you want to return your earrings. We will give you a returns authorisation number and send a return shipping label by email, which you need to print and stick on the box, and then ship it right back to us.
Things to keep in mind when returning the earrings:
1. You must use the shipping label that we send, so that the earrings have a safe ride back and we can accurately track and process them. If you do not use the label, we will not accept the earrings and cannot give you your refund.
2. Please put the earrings back in the original packaging and package them appropriately with tape or packing materials as needed.
3. Do ensure that the earrings are unaltered, undamaged and in brand new condition. If the earrings have been resized, altered, damaged, worn or used, we will not be able to offer you a refund or accept the return.
4. Since our diamond studs are certified, please send back any documents that you may have received along with the earrings, such as the original GIA grading reports, Appraisal certificates and Certificate of Authenticity. If this is not returned along with the item purchased, then we are unable to accept the earrings and cannot give you a refund.
5. All special orders, including any special engraving or inscription done at the customer’s request will be non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
6. Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment used upon purchase and will only be processed once we receive the original pair of earrings and have inspected the earrings in line with our returns policies here.
All these instructions are important to note for the earrings to be accepted back. Please do follow the procedure for a hassle-free return process.
Once we receive the returned earrings, we will send you an email confirmation. We process the refund within 3 business days (after clearing a proper inspection), though it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement.
We stand by every single pair of diamond stud earrings, and we will accept any returns or exchanges, provided they meet the criteria above.
